Strathaven Striders consist of three different groups: Adults, Intermediates and Juniors.
Adult = 18 + | Intermediate = 12 – 17 | Junior = 8 – 11

Membership costs £20 for the year, running November – October, for both Adult and Youth members.
We host a number of training sessions and social runs every week catering to all levels of running and fitness. You can book into as many sessions as you like via our “Teams App”.
